Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey


This unique and powerful assessment has been developed by Esprit Global Learning in collaboration with Organization Systems International. It provides individual managers with multi-rater feedback on essential competencies for global leaders’ success around the world. It is designed as a professional development tool for current mid-level managers, or for future managers with global responsibilities. Organizations can also use Polaris® Global 360° to identify candidates for expatriate assignments. The assessment is conducted with a debriefing by a certified coach, an Action Plan and a development guide, the Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Dictionary.

Polaris® Standard Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey

This widely-used assessment survey provides participants with feedback from multiple raters for the purpose of personal and professional development of current and future managers. It measures up to 41 competencies which can be customized for the client to reflect organization-specific requirements. The assessment is conducted with a debriefing by a certified coach, with an Action Plan and development guide.
