Coaching skills are a MUST for supervisors and line managers’ success, especially with Generation Y employees, to inspire, motivate and maintain employee performance.
Coaching for Performance and Teamwork provides supervisors and managers the coaching mindset and tools for an empowering leadership style that engages employees. The program includes a pre- and post-instruction self-assessment of coaching skills. Using our action-learning approach, on-the-job assignments are given in between training sessions.

Supervisors and managers who wish to engage with employees and teams to perform at higher levels; for Human Resource managers who coach supervisors and managers to meet challenges of improving employee relations and retention of talented people.
Program Length
Training: 12 hours in 1½ training days
Coaching: Two follow-up sessions per participant to cement the learning and enable skill transfer to job performance
