Esprit Global Learning offers a proven approach to learning and development that is comprehensive. We use well-established assessment tools as an integral part of our learning programs to enable clients to identify their profile in the areas of:
Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey
This assessment provides individuals with multi-rater feedback on essential competencies for global leaders' success across cultures. It is designed to develop current, mid-level or future managers with global responsibilities.
The Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey measures five dimensions of leadership with nineteen competency sets and integrate cultural intelligence with emotional intelligence and organizational leadership. Organizations can use Polaris® Global 360° to identify high-potential leaders and current managers for expatriate assignments. The assessment is conducted with a debriefing by a certified coach, with an Action Plan and development guide.

Element B/FIRO B
Element B is the advanced version of FIRO B assessment. It is based on the FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) Theory of human interaction by Will Schutz. FIRO theory provides the foundation for understanding how to develop sustainable, high-trust, collaborative relationships. It measures three dimensions of behavior that are universal: inclusion, control, and openness. It is being used by hundreds of businesses worldwide and available in 15 languages. Element B is a stand-alone assessment, and when combined with Element F (Feelings) and S (Self-Concept), it is probably the most powerful instrument today for understanding and enhancing human relationships, and building trust and collaboration in the workplace

D.I.S.C.
The D.I.S.C. Personality Profile Assessment profiles four primary behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Understanding one's own patterns empowers people for interpersonal success through more effective communication, understanding, patience, and tolerance. It is used for personal growth, professional development — such as in sales and management — and for team communication and collaboration.
