Carolyn Feuille, M.A., M.S. President, Esprit Global Learning
As a training consultant and coach for the past 12 years, Carolyn Feuille has dedicated herself to helping global leaders and their teams, business owners and coaches to develop the mindset and skillset to be effective doing business in the multicultural organization across borders. She has prepared over one hundred expatriates and their families for successful living and working experiences around the world.
With 20 years consulting and employment in high-tech organizations, Carolyn has a deep understanding of fast-paced, results-driven corporate environments and challenges. Clients who work with Carolyn receive objective feedback, discover fresh perspectives, and make measurable, achievable plans to meet their goals. She helps her clients turn knowledge and awareness into practical, effective action.
Carolyn is co-author of the leadership assessment, the Polaris® Global Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey. (LINK to Polaris page) This unique and pioneering competency model and assessment was co-developed with Bruce Griffiths, President and Founder of Organization Systems International. It enables leaders to increase their awareness of their strengths as a global leader and to engage in the skill-building process to address key developmental needs.
Educational degrees include a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from UCLA, an M.S. in HR Management/OD from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U International, and has lived in Colombia, France and the United States, and worked in Europe and Japan.
On the lighter side, Carolyn is a native Californian and lives in the historic California Gold Country with her husband and two cats. She is very partial to French and Californian wines and chocolates.
