Global Team Foundations
Audience: Team leaders, and teams, HR managers, project managers
  • Train and coach globally dispersed teams to improve communication, relationships and develop synergy of high-performing teams.
  • Identify and prepare for the stages of team development. Develop shared vision and goals.
  • Assess behavioral and communication styles. Learn to correctly interpret culturally different communication styles and enhance communication.
  • Practice with tools for building trust, team decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Doing Business with the French:
Audience: Managers and teams working in French companies, global team leaders with French team members, and Human Resource managers
Focus:
  • Gain new insights into French people, their ways of thinking and behaving; gain communication tools for developing business relationships with the French and prevent intercultural misunderstandings:
  • Demonstrate understanding of the importance of intercultural aspects of doing business internationally.
  • Identify similarities and differences of American and French culture, particularly business practices and protocol.
  • Discover how French history and cultural values impact business practices and behavior.

Coaching for Performance and Teamwork

Focus: To give supervisors and managers the coaching mindset and tools for an empowering leadership style. The program includes a pre- and post-instruction self-assessment of coaching skills. Topics include:

• Giving balanced, meaningful feedback to employees

Duration: 16 hours in either a two-day format or four 4-hour sessions
