Group Coaching for HR Directors and Managers on Leveraging Your Success

"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be."
-Tom Landry, former coach of the Dallas Cowboys

Group Coaching:

Are organizational challenges leading to mis-alignment on goals, mistrust, missed deadlines where you work? Do these lead to low retention of valued employees, labor law violations, more downtime, rework, lost customers and lots of frustration?

Then come join us and learn to master the challenges of influencing and delivering results in your fast-paced organizations.

We will explore these topics:

o Identifying and addressing your specific HR issues, interests and concerns
o Positioning the HR function as a strategic partner to senior management
o Learning about mindset required to shift the HR function and your leadership
o An assessment of your interaction style preferences and action plan to strengthen key relationships
o Creating a vision to guide your leadership

Benefits:

Coaching in a small group is a cost-effective, efficient way to bring HR people with similar interests together to integrate communication and support with professional development, allowing you to experience being coached and coaching your peers. You get collective resources to address issues you all share. You become a more effective leader through inspiration and learning instead of by will power or hard work alone. You gain real value from everyone's participation on the tele-coaching sessions and from incorporating just-in-time communication tools and leadership skills for immediate use. You then make changes and shifts that remove the obstacles impeding your progress toward your performance goals and managing upward to promote human capital needs in your organization.

Benefits to you include:
o You enhance working relationships leading to more communication, trust, and goal alignment.
o You expand your leadership style to be appropriate in various organizational groups so you can gain more understanding, cooperation, respect, influence, and increase employee productivity.
o You get increased support for handling difficult business dilemmas.
o You become more effective and exceptional.

Benefits

Support leaders to get results: Organizations need leaders with global savvy and intercultural understanding who can bring out the best in their diverse employees. Our training and coaching has been proven to help global leaders demonstrate a strong sense of purpose for their work, build trust, model interpersonal and intercultural communication and promote collaborative learning. We help managers who are promoted on the basis of their strong technical abilities to develop equal “people skills” to succeed at the next level, particularly when they deal regularly in a diverse work environment or with overseas counterparts.

Sustain the gains: The investment in leadership coaching continues to pay dividends after the coaching term ends thanks to double-loop learning. Leaders learn ways to multiply their effectiveness by, in turn, learning to coach, empower and retain their people.

Build high-performing, multicultural teams: Our coaching provides ongoing support for both local and global teams to learn to communicate cross-culturally, resolve conflicts stemming from culture-based differences, and establish their own collective operating style that builds trust and enables productivity. When team leaders learn to use a coaching approach to empower their teams, they can experience more participation and higher collective performance.

Reinforce Learning: A critical factor influencing the transfer of training to job performance and to new behaviors is the opportunity for practice and feedback, which coaching provides. Training followed by coaching can increase learning and productivity much more than training alone, by as much as 88%, studies show. Our action learning model demonstrates how we help you transfer learning to performance.
