Esprit Global Learning was founded by Carolyn Feuille in 2001. Its mission is to partner with people and organizations to prepare them to meet and master the challenges of communication, culture, time and distance in conducting business internationally.

Professional Background
Carolyn Feuille, M.A., M.S.
Carolyn Feuille is an international coach, training consultant and organization development practitioner. She has broad experience in the management, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs in the areas of leadership, intercultural relations, teambuilding, quality system improvement, and communication skills.
Since 1980 Carolyn has been designing and conducting training courses in intercultural communication skills for foreign-born professionals and managers, in pre-departure orientation for expatriates and their families, adjustment to life in the USA for foreign-born professionals, multicultural teambuilding and leading a culturally diverse workforce.

Carolyn began her international career in Bogotá, Colombia teaching English. She later gained extensive intercultural experience living and working in several regions of France for over four years, acquiring a strong affinity for French language, culture and people. Her career has also afforded her the opportunity to work in Japan, England and Italy. She has traveled throughout Europe, Canada, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Morocco, Mexico, Peru and the United States.
She has also coordinated global training projects, quality system management and auditing for ISO 9000 certification while at VLSI Technology, Inc. and Synopsys. As an external training consultant, Carolyn has worked with several high tech firms in Silicon Valley, including Intel, Hewlett-Packard, National Semiconductor, Solectron and LSI Logic, as well as with the banking and health care industries in California.

B.A. degree in Latin American Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA,
M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from UCLA
M.S. in HR Management/Organization Development, Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Certified graduate of Corporate Coach U International
Fully fluent in French; conversational fluency in Spanish; hold the Diplôme Supérieur de Français des Affaires granted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris
Carolyn is a native Californian.
